ODE TO PILATES - Pilates really is my best friend, as it makes you stretch and it makes you bend. Pilates will tone those trouble spots, and relax your mind and body lots. Pilates is a place to meet and greet, a place you go to have bare feet. But lastly pilates is the place to see, Kirsten moving ever so gracefully!

I love going to Fit 4 2 pilates. This is my third pregnancy and my first time to fit 4 2. Its such a great way to get time out from the chaos at home. Plus i feel amazing after the class. Its also really nice doing the class with lots of other pregnant women. I wish i had done it with my previous babies.

Why I love pilates: I have been practising pilates occasionally for the past 5 years, but Pilates for Life entirely changed my whole experience of pilates!! I have always preferred pilates to other fitness activities, due to the sense of vitality and general regeneration it provides, along with the rest of health benefits. However, a month of training in Pilates for Life not only strengthened this perception, but the professionalism and personal dedication of the instructors have also helped me to significantly improve my personal abilities and now I am absolutely hooked!! No matter what, I am sure I will be there for the next term!

I love everything about Pilates for Life! I love the challenge and diversity of the classes, and the sense of accomplishment at the end. I love the noticeable increase in my core stability and strength as I am able to push, reach, stretch and lift a little further than the week before.
